Social Media can be great stuff. Inspirational, fun, an exceptional way to connect. It has its downsides too. Pulling attention away from the world around us, pushing info that polarises us and zapping time away.
For now, as FireSide Camps, we are not going to push our ideas and stories to the world. At some point we will. We have too much to share to let such a great opportunity pass. But, until we have the right content, the brightest, clearest way of explaining who we are and what we do, we are going to hold back.
We're going to spend our time getting people on the program, interviewing superstars, creating engaging workshops, actually speaking to people, chatting to camps about great participants and much more. As a small orgainsation where we spend each minute of our time is essential, so for now social media will miss out, but the people we work alongside won't.
